First Priority consists of 7 modules that operate interdependently to manage enterprise wide risk. The modules are:
MESSENGER
A user-friendly “desktop” with critical information about risks, opportunities, events, customers, human resources, assets and contractors. Messenger connects all users with immediate access to data.
EVENT MANAGER
A structured, prioritised method for managing all kinds of events and incidents within an accelerated time frame. Event Manager compresses the time between an event and the resulting actions.
RISK MANAGER
An early warning system that identifies, records and manages hazards and risks in your organisation. Risk Manager ensures timely, concise delivery of business intelligence to help you make effective decisions.
REPORT MANAGER
A suite of reports to monitor and analyse patterns of occurrences so improvements can be initiated. These reporting, monitoring and analysis capabilities can achieve early identification of issues.
TEMPLATE MANAGER
Simple, effective templates for data collection enhancing best practice, business analysis and decision-making. This module gives you the flexibility to customise templates to suit your strategic objectives.
ADMIN MANAGER
A robust, scalable framework for configuring, supporting and maintaining FPe processes and data.
LIBRARY
An integrated content management system to drive business operations. Library is a reference point that stores all data, with links and usage to all other modules.
HELP
An intuitive, simple tool to help users get maximum benefit from First Priority. User Guides, an online glossary, hints on each field plus a support team ensure that First Priority can be maximised irrespective of skill level.
